A butt-kicking 1-hour workout that includes a blissful recovery.   Wednesday at 7:15pm Taeboxing delivers a hardcore workout of real-life practical self-defense techniques set to rockin’ tunes to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body. You’ll learn to skillfully execute strikes, blocks, punches and kicks via heart-pumping drills and combos, combined with circuit/bootcamp/plyometric moves to increase endurance because it’s not always about what you know, but how long you can stay in the game. Cool down, recover and chill out with some body-sculpting yoga.
