Groupon Redemption

Thank you for your interest in ZFit Studio! Please read this FAQ for information on how to redeem your Groupon.

What classes is the Groupon valid for?

The August 2013 Groupon  is valid for all the regular weekly classes on the Schedule.  This excludes any special classes, workshops, or events.  Groupon passes cannot be combined with “Free First Time Visit Class or 30 for 30.”

How long is the Groupon Offer valid?

Groupon promotions are valid for 6 months from purchase date. The August  Groupon Special  must be activated before February 2014.  All classes expire 120 days from first use, the expiration will not be extended under any circumstances.

Where are you located?

ZFit Studio is conveniently located 1/4 west of Gravois Bluffs off of Hwy 30.  Click here for directions to studio.

I’m new to ZFit Studio how do I sign up online?

Please note that Groupon is a separate company and our software system, Mindbody is not linked with their online system. You must bring your Groupon coupon in person (with a print out or on your phone) for your first visit.  After your first visit, your Groupon will be entered into Mindbody(our scheduling software) and you will be able to track classes remaining, visits, etc.

  • To create an account Click on the link below, then click “MY INFO”
    Click here to create new account.
  • Sign up under “New to our site?” – Enter your first name and last name and follow instructions to set up your account.  BE SURE TO FILL ALL FIELDS COMPLETELY.
  • Once your account is set up, print out your Groupon voucher and bring it into the studio. YOU MUST BRING IN YOUR VOUCHER TO REGISTER
  • The state of Missouri requires us to collect sales tax on Groupon Purchases, your Groupon will not be usable until tax is paid this is the amount listed for the applicable Groupons:

5 class option $1.37 Tax

10 class option $2.36 Tax

20 class option $3.93 Tax

  • You MUST bring in your Groupon coupon on first visit.

Now you are all set to sign up for classes.

I already have an account with ZFit Studio. How do I redeem my voucher & sign up for classes?

If you already have an account with ZFit Studio, please log into your account.  Please do not duplicate your account. Duplication will delay the redemption process.

  • Print out your voucher and bring it into the studio.  YOU MUST BRING IN YOUR VOUCHER TO REGISTER
  • The state of Missouri requires us to collect sales tax on Groupon purchases, your Groupon will not be activated until tax is paid.  This must be paid in the studio.
  • You MUST bring in your Groupon coupon on first visit.

Now you are all set to sign up for classes.

I’ve never practiced yoga or Zumba® before. Which classes are beginner-friendly?

Beginners are welcome to classes that are marked Basics or Gold.

Do I need to register online to attend a class?

Due to the overwhelming response of Groupon, we require you to reserve a spot online.  Space is limited and spots will be given to those registered online first.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you to class. Most people prefer to have their own yoga mat for hygienic and energetic reasons. We do have a few mats to lend out in case you don’t have one.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that allow you free range of motion, such as yoga pants, sweat pants, shorts, tshirts, tennis shoes, etc. For the heated yoga classes please wear something loose fitting or breathable(i.e. Sports bra, t-shirt, running shorts, etc).  Yoga is practiced with bare feet.

Is there anything else I need to bring?

You might like to bring a bottle of water and a towel. And don’t forget to bring your Groupon!

What if I’m running late?

Don’t be late; be 15 minutes early. We start classes on time for everyone’s benefit and to keep other classes on schedule.

The fine print says “Limit 1 per person” and “May buy multiples as gifts.” Can I buy myself some Groupons as gifts to myself and use more than one? Or what if a friend bought me a gift in addition to the one I purchased for myself?

No. You can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people. We have a strict policy of limit one Groupon per customer. If we offer multiple Groupons throughout the year (i.e. one in March and a completely separate promotion in June) then, yes, you can purchase one of each because they are different Groupon promotions.  Classes are not transferable.

  • Please print your voucher and bring it with you to your first class at ZFit Studio.
  • Please do not forget to sign up for your classes online FIRST!
