Zumba with Kate is a great way to get and stay in shape. I was still walking with a cane when I took my first class from Kate Montana in March 2010. While recovering from bilateral hip replacements I was determined to regain my health and energy. A friend told me about Kate’s class. She said, “Zumba is a great work out and no other work out will ever be this much fun!” I tried it . I was hooked. I lost 30 pounds, gained endurance, and over-all strength over the course of the first three months of doing Zumba with Kate. Am I a dancer? No! Zumba embraces all, dancers and non-dancer alike; expertise is not a requirement. My doctors were pleased with my progress. To quote one, “whatever you are doing, keep on doing it”. Kate brings professional expertise, upbeat personality, and skilled direction to her classes. I recommend Zumba with Kate heart fully. Kate R., 61.
